PLYMOUTH – A number of animals present in “squalid” circumstances final month has led to a house being condemned and an investigation by each police and animal management.

Police this week mentioned they responded on Might 27 to a house on Harwinton Avenue for a wellbeing verify, the place they eliminated 4 canine and 12 cats. Two useless cats have been additionally discovered, police mentioned.
